Actually, I get the 0% fat free, lactose free milk. I I find it's better suited fo my stomach. It took a while to get used to it though.

There are several solutions for you that are all genuint milk.
Lactaid, Milk without the lactose
There is a type of milk who's name I do not fully recall, but the first word in the name is "Sweet" The rest, (This is a very very rusty memory) is Acidiholidus or somethign like that, but as I said, very rusty and very mispelled.
You can also take an emzine that digests the lactose. Again I beileve this is sold as "Lactaid"
Google search: Lactose free milk, for much more infiormation.

I used to go through the 2% or skim vs whole milk but quit when I found out that whole milk is only 3.25%.
When I drink milk, I drink whole. It is the only milk my F-I-L ever drinks. and he will be 90 next July. He has no cholesterol issues, he doesn't like a lot of vegetables. His arteries are absolutely clear.

Yes, familiar with it. Does not help me much. I can drink some, just not as much as I want.
