Water, Electric, Sewer, WiFi:
Water: Yes; it temporarily stained my pottie with minerals but really OK
Electric: Only very few sites have 50A; most have 30A
Sewer: None. There's a honey-wagon on Monday & Thursday
WiFi: excruciatingly slow, unusable for VOIP and for many Web sites. OK for e-mail.

Condition of Roads and Sites:
Gravel roads, grassy sites, many not very level

Condition of Bathhouse: Good

Attitude of Management: Friendly and accommodating

Ham Radio Friendly?: Yes

Special Amenities and Features: There is no laundromat, and the nearest one is in Troy, about ten to twenty miles off. The laundromat in Troy has a parking lot across the street, big enough for a big RV with attached toad.

Additional comment: This park has disadvantages, as mentioned above; but it's quiet and pleasant, and seems to have only nice people in it. It's really rural.
