Finally have a working antenna up

I met the father of a local resident here in Monroe, LA that is also a full time RVer and ham. He came over with his tennis ball launcher to get some lines up in the tree tops here (Monroe, LA). I now have my Carolina Windom 80 up and it is working well.

Didn't know you were in Monroe. Nice to have another Louisianan here. I have been checking with a young man out of Bosier who is trying to get a teen net up and running. He likes 20m but it is just too close for us to make contact. He does echolink on Monday nights using a "Seattle" repeater. His name is Cameron and his call is KF5HQB.

Galen, we are volunteer host at Black Bayou Lake NWR until the end of November when we will head back to the Houston area.
