camper loosing weight.
Started going through the camper, taking out stuff I don't need. A few things we have removed:
2 of the 4 chairs at the dinette table. And a swivel chair. That's half the chairs the camper came with, but we have only two butts between us. Do we really need 6 chairs? With 2 on the love seat that's seating for 8!
A shoebox (boot box) full of kitchen stuff we never use. I can tell cause the price tag from Big Lots is still on it.
A table lamp
Buddy heater, it gets more use when the power goes off at the house.
Some ham radio stuff.
An extra broom (?)
Extra patio chair
Several RV hookup gadgets that looked better in the catalog than worked out in real life.
50 ft of white water hose. (How much do I need?)
Some personal hygiene stuff that had gone stale.
The bed pillows that came with the RV. (Horrible things)
An extra blanket
Fanny packs.
Extra Canteens.
A seldom used pot.
Several goofy flashlights that I picked up at trade shows.
Framed family pictures. Got tired of digging them out and putting them away. We aren't gone long enough to forget what they look like.
And lastly a back-packer guitar that Kathy never played (on trips, anyway) so I'm glad I only paid $1.00 for it.
What are you leaving home without? That you meant to leave home!

Hmmm, a 500% mark up!
No I think I'll keep it. With classical strings it has a fairly nice sound and doesn't disturb the whole campground.

I figured you wouldn't sell it, I wouldn't either. I would have offered a lot more if I was serious. So how much tongue weight did you lose after cleaning up? We're all opened up in NH and are going back up on the 2nd for a week. Can finally settle down and maybe do some HFing.
73 and good camping Wade!

But if you want one we have them in the ORR.net online store.

As to tongue weight I wouldn't know, but I think we've lost about 200 pounds or so here.
