Just arrived at Sands of Time CG in Avon, NC just north of Cape Hatteras on the outer banks of NC.
We were getting unhooked and all set up when I said hello to the neighbor across the street.
She commented on my license plate, and said she and her husband were hams also.
So for the next hour the 4 of us talked about Rv'ing. antennas, grandkids, etc.
Just a pleasant evening spent with new acquaintances.
That's what I like about camping, meeting new people and sharing experiences.
