Another New Guy Joining
Hi Folks:
Good to have found the link to this site from QRZ.com.
I'm a total newbie to the world of RV'ing and have just bought a nicely used 1998 37 ft Damon Intruder which will be my residence for 5 months while doing some seasonal forest fire control & suppression work in Saskatchewan this summer.
Been a ham since 1967 and am looking forward to some exciting portable operations with my Icom 7000.
I'd like to learn more about the world of "The Land Yacht" and my interest is particularly high on antenna installations for both mobile and portable ops.

Welcome aboard, Lee! Jump right in and join the frey!
I used to work for a company located in Saskatoon. I liked to go there in the spring and summer! Lot's of stuff about antennas going on now. And as far as we know, we are the only forum that mixes ham radio and RV'ing.
Again, welcome and make yourself at home
