She was an American Indian Princess string puppet on the Howdy Doody show. Howdy was a Cowboy string puppet, Clarabell was a human clown and Buffulo Bob was the host of the show. They had other puppet characters but I don't remember them all.
OK now back to the game...........

Wow what great information on Howdy Doody....What is the age of us out here...I will be 55 in June....and do remember watching all this in B&W...Think we got our first color TV in the mid 60's...still with an outside antenna...

Collins is to Tom
52 in July. They had a B&W TV before they had me. The Color set arrived about '68 or so. Dad liked the B&W better.

aft is to starboard
(steering board in the really old boats was always on the right so they had to dock into the 'port' on the left side so the steering board wouldn't get damaged.) Yup I was in the Air Force.
