Please help us watch the fort

These people are hitting one of my sites and if they hit here please notify any admin or mod for help.
Trying to find a good solution to stop this from happening here but be aware spammers stink!

I am the FA on a few sites. I am constantly blocking proxy addresses to keep them out. I also watch the new users sections to see how many are registering from a single ip address, then if there are no posts for the users block them. Seems to work, so far no one has been blocked that had a legitimate need for access.

I have reported the Ip from my other site (HDB) but I find they are not willing to coperate so I may have to block the regstered IP block. Hate to do this but I may have to if it shows up again.
