Default Dalton Ham Fest

A fellow Ham and I made the trek to the Dalton Ham Fest (Dalton, GA) today! From home it is a bit less than a 3 hour trip one way, and although it was a dreary day..we made the round trip just fine!

I have always liked the Dalton Hamfest, it is layed out well! A good number of vendors, so there is new equipment, used equipment, all the necessary hard ware and lots of friendly folks! All in all, a good ham fest to go to and spend some of that cash laying around and not doing anything fun! Check it out next year!

Sounds like a good fest Al. I've not been to a HamFest in several years. The last ones I went to had gotten smaller and some of them have even folded up. Good to hear Dalton is surviving well. You have my fever up, I'm going to have to look for one within range or maybe make a camping trip to visit one.

Glad you made the visit and had a good time. Next time take some photos for the group.
