Looks great Mike. I bought that little Kenwood SP23 speaker too. It's amazing, the audio it produces. I was surprised. I've got an older Kenwood speaker that has mechanical filters in it. Combined with the digital filters in the radio it works good too.
I'm glad you got the rig. I want to get mine going on packet, as I explained during our QSO on 40 meters a couple of weeks ago.
