MD20/20 or Mad Dog 20/20, is a fine wine with a screw cap. They had screw caps along with Boone's Farm, when everyone else had corks.

MD 20/20 is the stuff wino's drink. It has a screw cap so wino's can open and shut the bottle with no tools. And the pickle juice is just there for fun.
