Default New Guy here

We just bought a fiberglass TT and found this site researching antenna ideas. I am not sure how serious I will get using radio from the trailer but might pass the time.

One of the great things about Ham Radio in a trailer is you can do "Events" far easier than if you have to set up out of boxes. Since most of your system is set up. and if you did it like me (For 12vdc to power my Kenwood TS-2000 I tapped a nearby battery backed up 80 amp power supply... My house fuse panel) (over 500AH of battery back up)

Not to mention air conditioning and the good old ONAN device I'm sitting on.

And often there is a reason you are not out and about but you can still "ham it up" as it were.
