Exclamation Tropical Storm Warning

This thing is just sitting there pounding these people for days on end it seems. Constant 20 - 25 mph winds may not seem bad but continuous they become annoying and can cause damage. Then some gust to 65 mph, just under hurricane strength.

STATIONARY JUST OFFSHORE THE SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA COUNTY COAST...

...AREAS AFFECTED...THIS STATEMENT RECOMMENDS ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
BY PERSONS WITHIN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

...WATCHES/WARNINGS...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR
BREVARD AND EASTERN ORANGE COUNTIES UNTIL 800 AM.

A FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR ALL OF EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA UNTIL LATE
FRIDAY.

A TROPICAL STORM WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ALL INLAND
COUNTIES WITHIN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA EXCEPT OKEECHOBEE.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR VOLUSIA...BREVARD...
INDIAN RIVER AND SAINT LUCIE COUNTIES AND THE ADJACENT ATLANTIC
WATERS.

...STORM INFORMATION... AT 500 AM EDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL
STORM FAY WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 29.1 NORTH...LONGITUDE 80.7
WEST OR ABOUT 20 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF DAYTONA BEACH.

FAY HAS MOVED VERY LITTLE OVER THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS...HOWEVER A
SLOW WEST NORTHWEST MOTION IS FORECAST TODAY AND SHOULD APPROACH
THE GULF COAST OF THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE BY EARLY TOMORROW.

SOME SLIGHT STRENGTHENING IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL
HOURS BEFORE THE CENTER OF FAY MOVES BACK ONSHORE...FOLLOWED BY A
WEAKENING TREND LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT AS THE CENTER TRACKS
INLAND.
